NOVARTIS - My Time, Our Time

For women with breast cancer time matters.
 

My Time, Our Time is a new patient awareness campaign by Novartis Oncology. Building on their goals of raising awareness of advanced breast cancer, My Time, Our Time is inspired by the possibilities of the evolving treatment landscape and the need for deeper awareness and appreciation of the changing patient experience.
 

As part of the campaign, we were tasked with finding an individual who had been affected by breast cancer, someone who would resonate with the audience, right across Europe, to develop video content with the aim to raise awareness of the value of time and how diagnosis and living with breast cancer can affect one’s perception of time.
 

With the main goal being to provide an inclusive platform for people living with advanced breast cancer, to let them know they’re not alone, this can and does happen to anyone, Martina Navratilova was the perfect candidate to help raise awareness, engaging with the target audience.
 

Martina acted as the face of the brand, taking part in a day of filming to produce a video, sharing her story about how breast cancer affected her life, highlighting the affect a breast cancer diagnosis can have on a person’s perception of time, communicating relatable experiences. This was used alongside other women’s stories and their everyday reality, being shared on the campaign website and social media channels, with coverage reaching across Europe.
