The VIP Suite Portal is an online 'shop' that uses a unique profiling system to find authentic ‘fans’ for your brand. We deliver your products direct to their home, or deliver the talent direct to your door.

RunRagged has developed it's own unique portal www.thevipsuite.co.uk.  The site has been created to allow brands to host their own branded page and to target directly to their desired list of talent. Only talent the brand are interested in will see the page, the others will not even know that the brand is there, avoiding any awkwardness. Talent can order just as they would on any online store, only on this one no money changes hands as everything is gifted or requested.

Our four step approach ensures you maximise on your talent relationships each time. 

​​1. Profile
We use our Smart Match Profiling System to provide authentic talent lists for brands from our database of over 1500 celebrities and influencers; our unique profiling system looks at talent’s social insights, the look and feel of their online presence and posting history, to ensure we provide the best names for your brand. Bespoke data is also pulled from our portal’s 'order history' and direct feedback from members, to determine who would be interested in engaging with you.

​2. Activate
​We build and host your page using high res images, official logo, brand synopsis and product/services on offer, before adding your page to the personal accounts of talent you want to reach out to - working with you to ensure it is an offer they won't want to ignore.

3. Connect
​E-alerts are sent direct to the personal emails of you’re approved target list of talent, encouraging them to log in and take a look at your brand page and place an order if they like what is on offer. Once an order has been placed we send out direct to their home address, or book them in should the offer be experiential.

​4. Authenticate
Once talent have your product in their hands or experience your services, we check in with them for feedback and to encourage them to post. Off the back of orders, foundations are built and relationships are formed that can lead to organic social posts and exposure for your brand: providing you with a pool of authentic ambassadors to dip into for future paid-for campaigns, should you want to further amplify the relationship.
