How much me-time would you say you have to yourself in the day?
A national poll from Fuze Tea has discovered that people with the least amount of me-time are right here, throughout Europe! With 44% of Brits feeling that they rarely get any me-time at all but if they do, it’s most likely to be at 17:05 and last for 55 minutes per day.
During their treasured me-time, Brits were found to read a book, watch TV or listen to music but with the pressures of modern life there has been a decrease in the amount of time we spend on ourselves.
To help bring calm back into our lives and remind ourselves to take some time out from all of the hard work and rushing around Fuze Tea, a new iced tea brand, owned by The Coca-Cola Company, have launched the ‘Calm the Commute’ campaign. This will see a series of unexpected moments for Londoners on their journey home over the next few weeks…
To start things off we booked national treasure Joanna Lumley to hop on board Great Western Railway’s busy commuter line from Paddington to Swindon and encourage passengers to switch off by treating them to an impromptu book reading from Eat Pray Love by Elizabeth Gilbert and Sail Away by Celia Imrie.
