Brief | McVitie's tasked The VIP Suite with curating a bespoke VIP Club across a 12 month period, to celebrate and promote the UK's most loved biscuit brand. Activity included, finding authentic talent to become Biscuit Club members, creating a hotline allowing them to order their favourite biscuits whenever they were running low, seeding product from new ranges and engaging with members across various touch points throughout the year, such as their birthday, National Biscuit Day and Christmas.
